If you are in need of urgent care for life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go directly to the closest Emergency Department.

Arriving at Our Hospitals

All patients and visitors are asked to bring their own face covering or mask to wear while they are in our hospitals and community settings. If someone arrives without a face covering or mask, we will provide an appropriate mask.

Upon entering the hospital, you will participate in active screening and sanitize your hands.

Masking and physical distancing policies continue in our hospitals as part of our enhanced infection prevention efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our patients and team members.

Scheduled Appointments

People coming to the hospital for general appointments are asked to come on their own. One care partner is permitted, if necessary.

Emergency Department (ED) Safety During COVID-19

Patients are permitted one support person while in the Emergency Department. If there are too many people in a waiting space we may ask the support person to move.

For Your Safety
  • Clean your hands frequently and avoid touching anything you don’t need to touch
  • Do not eat or drink in the Emergency Department unless approved by the healthcare team so that you don’t need to take off your mask
  • Do not leave the area that you are in, please stay in your room/area and refrain from wandering
